Hey! I was wondering what products and brands you recommend in regards to skincare! I feel like everything I own doesn't fit the bill and I would love to know what you think works. I have dry and very clear skin btw! Thank you!

HI, sorry for the late reply! Hmm well let’s see

I’d highly recommend an AHA, as you don’t need help with pore clogging (lucky!) and it’ll help with moisture and exfoliating any dry flaky patches. 

A moisturizer with hyaluronic acid (or any product that has hyaluronic acid really) will also help draw moisture to your skin.

My mom has the driest skin ever and she swears by the Paula’s Choice Skin Recovery Mask (she just uses it as a moisturizer).

Also I’d say avoid mineral sunscreens because, as the day goes on, they tend to become a little bit drying. But it all depends on if you’re able to find an emolient formula.

And cream cleansers are generally less drying than gel ones.

Oh and a moisturizing toner makes a world of a difference. I’d recommend getting one that is rich in antioxidants but well, a mix of glycerin, aloe vera juice and water also does the trick (water solutions start to develop`fungi in about a week so don’t keep it longer than that).
