𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍔🌱 @shakeshackuk have teamed up with @frontlinechef to create an amazing vegan burger! This is the Vegan Crispy Shallot Burger. A patty made from roasted mushrooms and onion, miso, bulgur wheat and a blend of spices, topped with smoky cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, lettuce, and tangy Dijonnaise sauce on a toasted potato bun. Neil Rankin launched @symplicity_foods a couple of years ago, his take on a vegan burger patty, and it’s nothing like what’s already out there. I think it’s even closer to the real texture and taste of beef. This collab is great, it was such an enjoyable burger and I loved the taste of it. It is only a limited item but if @shakeshack kept this on forever then it would undoubtedly do very well for them.
