“Don’t watch the show then” is such a half assed attempt  to get people to stop talking about important issues that shows bring up. And such an awful way to get people to shut up about their opinions as if their opinions aren’t valid because “if they didn’t like something a show did then they should just not take part in watching it” 

And it’s said as if that would erase any issues a show has. 

I hate people that use this argument.

Hi I'm a little new to Shameless and everything and I was wondering why u want season 7 to get canceled? I haven't been keeping up with updates so I'm at a loss here??

no i want it to be canceled as in no more after 7 like cancelled so they don’t do season 8

but hey if they can cancel 7 too that’d be nice but i do want to see my son :/

because it’s gone significantly down in quality and things that made it good and a lot of people, myself included, think it ending is long overdue. 

They don’t seem to know who their characters are anymore (except frank, who’s generally been the same) the family i used to root for and love i now hate and want the worse for them 

and it’s not like how it was in the previous seasons where oh they’re human and do bad things but i still love them but….they’re galagers  now and they’re awful

(Though in my personal opinion if it had gone as well in quality and character as it was in seasons 1-3 it could’ve lasted a longgggggggggggggg time. S4 I started to see how it was going to go and didn’t think it would lasat much beyond that but …)
