The pokemon trainer school. Everyone will tell you to start your league challenge there, whether you need it or not, even if you are well past the age that most would graduate.

She couldn't feel more out of place if she tried, 18 and towering over the little kids learning about types and status effects. Well... figuratively towering anyways, realistically she wasn't all that much taller than some of these kids. She hated that.

At least it was a good place to pick a fight it seemed, and she had been challenging about anyone that would look her way, maybe a bit louder and more aggressively than she needed to.

She had stepped inside for just a moment when she saw him, towering much more literally over these kids, even sitting in a desk chair towards the back of the room.

Finally something more like a challenge.

In a few steps she was at the desk, slamming her hands down and grinning, nearly vibrating with unbridled excitement for a real battle.

"Hey, hey you with the notebook. Fight me! Come on!"

The boy doesn't even look up from his notebook, the Snubbull on his lap tilting her head at the commotion.

"I don't need to. Not worth it."

In an instant that excitement burns up, rage bubbling in her chest, her face twisting into a snarl.

"What the fuck is that supposed to mean??"

She was going to destroy him.

Condensing all my lore

So across all my projects I have been picking out the complimentary lore I have and been spreading it across similar settings. This has led me to slamming The Witch's Familiar and In My Skin together into the same world as a currently unannounced project. That also means I have been making a timeline for the world and when each story takes place.

As of now TWF is the earliest setting taking place roughly a thousand years before the other two, while IMS and the other take place within a few years of each other. This has also led me to become frustrated with my projects which do not fit into the shared lore. So I am currently rejiggering (yes it's a word) everything to fit into my overall universe, if not the same world.

This means that I have been able to focus more directly on the stories as a whole and not as separate entities which has helped my burnout and overall enthusiasm for working on them immensely. In regards to this I will be making a World Anvil account where I can place everything from my lore, to maps I plan on creating, etc. I will add a link for that when I finally get to it.

I'll try to keep things posted but you know me, I suuuuuck at being productive lol 😏
