hi, i'm making a post on behalf of my roommate, inola, who is a queer, low-income indigenous woman. we've been just barely scraping by as both of us look for jobs, and she just had our internet bill pull out early. we need to raise $150 ASAP to cover the resulting fees from the overdraft and to avoid $35 daily charges.

The group Reparations Roundtable on Facebook has been following the lead of Black women and paying reparations and committing to the work! With this group, I am part of a fundraiser run by one of the amazing Black organizers we work with.

We owe Black MaGes (marginalized genders) for so much throughout history, especially over the past several months!

So let’s directly pay reparations so their work can be funded and they can live their lives like they deserve!

Hi, my name is Chase Allen, and I'm a Black trans and non-binary person who is raising money for my top surgery preparation and recovery. I have my top surgery scheduled for January 7th, 2021 with Dr. Satterwhite in San Francisco. I've been waiting for this moment for as long as I can remember, and I need your help to move forward!

The money that I am raising will go partially towards securing rent for the next two months while I'll be getting surgery and recovering. The rest of the funds will be used for buying recovery items, making sure I have money to get enough food while recovering, and as a safety net if I don't get a job/on disability soon.

hi everyone

i hate having to make this type of post because i never ask for help but its not for me. my friend is a full time college student musician (he plays flute and is amazing) who lost his job a couple months ago due to covid. he hasnt been able to get a new job despite dozens of job interviews because his school schedule interferes. hes burned through all of his savings to feed himself and his dog and pay rent the past month and his only income right now is donating plasma twice a week (which is like 20-40 dollars per donation) his rent is like 750 and if he cant pay it, he will be homeless

please help me get him rent money. hes a sweet, loving guy, always smiles and cares about other people before himself. hes always trying to feed me because he knows i dont take care of myself even though he needs to take care of himself.
