A redesign of Kaldur'ahm for my Young Justice: Infiltrators AU :3
Essentially my concept for this was: what if Kaldur decided to strike out and become his own hero rather than living in the shadows of those who came before? His hero name is Surge! The work outfit was heavily influenced by his Flashpoint Paradox outfit The idea behind the tattoo: I associate Kaldur very heavily with sharks and a lot of the symbolism and spirituality behind them seems to fit his character very well! Every shark on his sleeves is supposed to be a different species - not one repeating. I winged half of them, but some I can confirm I referenced were the hammerhead, winghead, basking, whale, goblin, and thresher shark.
Humans are so hard to draw, but I am very happy with how he turned out. <3
