Look, to be honest, no one in their right mind would expect Chase Bayless and Shark Bracket of all people to buddy up. They could not have more different families. Yet... it happened. They ended up having to sit next to each other during an assembly; they both ragged on the teachers; they both found each other funny; they both got sent to ISS; and then they had a whole day of ISS together! And of course they weren’t going to actually stare at the wall the whole time...

But Chase really didn’t expect to invite him over to hang out after school. In fact, she tried to back-track as soon as she asked. A Bracket ? At Her house? Her mom’s smart, she would know the Brackets reputation, she’d be so pissed. And Him? Yeah he was really cool, but he was also rich..and her house...well...

Shark did not care, though. Not one bit. That day was the most fun Shark’s had in months. Chase was the cool one to him.
