with good posture my hair is about an inch away from reaching my butt. which like. yay! i've been wanting that! but also.. it drags. i lay on it and then yank my head/neck when i move to get up. i love it but its also not entirely convenient. (i'm not gonna cut it off, of course, its just that i didn't know this going into growing my hair out.)

In the span of a few seconds, she’s saved a trembling pink frog from falling to his death, jumped to the floor of the castle in time to see Anne pass out and let Sprig race to her side, and snatched the box from its pedestal with fingers still jump from the damp clouds and bitter wind she’d been engulfed by moments before. And now her fingers dance over the box like it’s second nature, opening a tear in space and time that she urges Anne towards while Sasha lingers to slow the king.

Anne and the Plantars are halfway through the portal, Marcy still trying to fiddle with the box to keep it open long enough to send Sasha home too, when Anne’s eyes go wide with a terror unlike anything she’s ever seen before. Marcy has no time to so much as whirl around to see what Anne sees rushing towards her. She’s already thrown herself out of the portal at her by the time she realizes what she’d seen, and then it’s too late.

Marcy is already on the floor, and Anne is screaming.
