These Italian Sheet Pan Nachos are a tasty twist on the classic nachos recipe. Loaded with Italian sausage, cheeses, and flavorful toppings, they are perfect for game day or as a quick and satisfying snack.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground Italian sausage. 1 bag tortilla chips. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes. 1/4 cup sliced green onions. 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeos. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup salsa. 1/4 cup guacamole.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a skillet, cook the ground Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease. On a large sheet pan, spread out the tortilla chips evenly. Sprinkle the cooked Italian sausage over the chips. Evenly distribute the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chips and sausage. Add the sliced black olives, cherry tomatoes, green onions, and pickled jalapeos on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove the nachos from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on the side.
