One of these days, I’ll have time to write this Sheipos idea I’ve been sitting on for well over 2 years
Figured I haven’t started it, so might as well at least post up the plot for it Ipad goes into a cafe somewhere in Europe and sees a girl that looks like Sheila, but not. She is a waitress and Ipad decides to idly strike up conversation with her asking what the special of the day is. She says strawberry cake. Normally doesn’t eat food but decides to eat the cake anyways. continues to return there actually likes the cake.
Sheipos: "Every day I'm discovering something brand new, I'm in love with the shape of you"
Sheila’s hands were warm against Ipos’chest, and the familiar weight of his laughter made her feel like he was firefrom within, threatening to consume her with him. She had long lost track ofthe conversation that he was wrapped in, and she was content to rest her head againsthis shoulder and relax against his broad frame. She heard the scrape of a chairacross the floor, and he wrapped an arm around her waist to keep her pressedagainst him.
Ipos bid farewell to his friend, morefor Sheila’s benefit than his own, and the departure left them alone in thesmall pub, now officially closed for the evening. Exhaustion made Sheila’seyelids heavy, and she grabbed handfuls of Ipos’ shirt when he lifted her outof his lap and sat her in the chair that was still warm from his body.
“I have to clean up, doll,” Ipos saidin explanation as he pulled away from Sheila’s loose grip. “It’s a mess inhere.”
Pretending to evaluate the room,Sheila said, “Looks fine to me.”
She heard him set a glass on thecounter with a little more force than necessary and a smile teased the corner of herlips as she slid off the bar stool. Tracing her fingers along the edge of thepockmarked bar, Sheila trailed her way to Ipos along her steady path, and held herhands out to him.
“Let me help.”
He grunted in affirmation, handing hera dish rag, a wet glass, and an order to dry the dishes as he finished washing them. Theyworked together in silence, occasionally bumping their elbows together, but thejob went by quickly with the extra set of hands.
When all the clean glasses sat on thecounter, Ipos gently took the worn rag back from Sheila, and chased a drop ofwater trailing down her arm. A shiver ran up her spine then curled inher stomach to sleep at the delicious contrast of the cold water on her skin, and his handsthat were always so warm. His long fingers skirted her elbow and crept up herarm to eventually cup her face.
He brushed a gentle thumb across hercheek, and Sheila smiled at the familiar calluses on his fingers that she hadspent decades memorizing. His touch was so tender that it lured the unforgivingblackness that surrounded her away, and she melted like ice into his hands, seeking the fire that burned in him like it was the only thing keeping heralive and anchored to the shifting ground that she had to learn, then relearnwhen someone merely moved a table a couple inches to the right.
The world around her was in constant motion, but Ipos held rock steady, as timeless as the summer, and twice as generous inhis heat. When he tilted her face up and pressed his soft lips to her, as softas a whisper, white stardust exploded in her body, spreading through her veinslike molten adoration. Ipos kissed her in reverence, like each time he did, hehad to learn her all over again, and he took his time.
His lips parted against hers softly, pouring love into her body like honeyed wine, making her limbs feel heavy asshe wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling herself closer to him, alwayscloser. His skin was the same under her palms, the curves and shape of himunchanging as the years burned by in flashes. Ipos was the only thing she couldcount on, steady and constant today, and reliable for tomorrow just the same.
family portrait for @astarisms

Sheipos au roommates
(I’m just gonna see where they go. Maybe they’ll be sentences, maybe they’ll be paragraphs lmao) He hadn’t intended to stare. Ipos knew it really wasn’t any of his business, but he couldn’t really help the way that his eyes were drawn to the woman giving the moving company directions even though her back was turned. He thought that perhaps it was because she was busy with trying to figure out where she wanted to put things, or maybe she just didn’t want the attention. He himself knew that feeling all to well. So he went about his business, locking his door and leaving for his bar down the street.Five days later, Ipos was awoke to the sound of someone fumbling with his door handle. It wouldn’t have been an inconvenience, though it was 8:30 in the morning and he was still trying to sleep off his hangover from the night; which, he should mention, had been approximately an hour before. He opened the door, fully ready to snap on the person who interrupted his dreams, though he looked down to see pink, cotton candy hair, and blue eyes that looked milky blue, like the sky meeting wisps of clouds. Needless to say, he was intrigued. As it turned out, through breakfast of eggs and pancakes, he learned her name was Sheila and lived next door, that she was a morning person who went to the cafe down the street for a fresh smoothie every morning, and she lived alone. What he hadn’t come to expect, though made through simple observation - and Sheila asking why he didn’t ask about it - was that she was blind. In the time Sheila spent telling him how she lost her sight, he swore he saw her smile from him saying there wasn’t any reason not to think she wasn’t like anyone else. He couldn’t help feeling his lips crook into a small smile as he took the last bite of his eggs.[EDIT] OOPS… I for some reason misread Roommates as like next door neighbor… SO… Sorry about that lmao
sheipos alive au
Sheila laid on Ipos’ chest, lazily drawing swirls anddesigns against his skin with her finger and he threw a muscular arm over herwaist, squeezing her against him before pressing a kiss to the top of her headand smiling at her lopsided hair that she had thrown haphazardly in a bun afterinsisting she chop off the singed bits herself.
Despite a couple burns and the loss of his bar, the pair wasdoing alright after the whole Uriel incident, lovingly referred to by Sheila as,‘the bitch fit of ages,’ and they were laying low for the time being, taking avacation per say; the plane tickets to Hawaii had been almost laughably easy to obtain,so they were spending their days laying on warm sand.
They were alive, and despite the sand scratching his skinand feeling slightly overheated from her body pressed against his, he had neverbeen more comfortable in one place for so long without some sort of outlet, like his bar, and he could practically feel himself become accustomed todomesticity, which was almost pathetic because the only mayhem he was up to involved crabs pinchingunsuspecting beach goers, but for the first time since he fell, he didn’t seeanything wrong with that.
