heY gosh we think so alike. do you mind me asking why siné drank from the well? i'm debating whether to have rue do so or not (she probably will though bc it's that or deck morrigan in the face)

In a way, it didn't surprise her.  It stung, but Morrigan is shem'len, after all.

Siné hated the idea of binding herself to Mythal, and every bit of her conscious shouted against it.  

That said, she'd do anything to remember even a piece.  Like Merrill said, "It's a Keeper's job to remember, even the dangerous things."  Siné sacrificed a piece of herself so that her culture might thrive.  She took the power for herself not because it could stop Corypheus, but because it could help the elves.

Thinking from a meta standpoint, the moment that sealed the deal for me was Morrigan (if you allow her to drink from the well) laughing in earnest as she comprehends the Elvhen language.  My first run-through was a 'do what bae wants' and thus I allowed Morrigan to drink, and the idea of Siné watching her read the elves' dead language was too much to bear.  

These were fragments of a history Siné had clung to her entire life--can you imagine not knowing your own language?  It being so far removed that you hold dear even the small pieces that remain intact?

It's a sad fucking thing, really.

Siné drank from the Vir'Abelasan because someone had to, and it sure as fuck wasn't going to be a human.

I'd say that I believe in the direction of humanity. I don't trust everyone individually, but overall I believe in what we're headed towards.

Strength: Something you struggle with

Myself, haha. By that I mean I'm trying really hard to figure out who I am right now, and a lot of that involves my sexuality. Am I ace? Am I more sexually into chicks than dudes, is that why I feel nothing during sex? Have the guys I've been with just sucked? There's a lot to figure out here.

The Tower: Something that changed your life

Last spring I decided that I was better than everyone and that has been literally life changing. I would've never thought that I could ever be this confident!

in other news your characters are perfect and i just want you to know that these feelings are a result of a disease we share and are not sincere; your characters' LIs are fucking lucky that your beautiful babies walked into their lives

it's funny how fiercely i can say these things to you and mean every single word yet i have trouble aiming them at myself
