day 23 of obscurtober and the prompt was "sylvan" meaning consisting of or associated with woods. When i saw the prompt i thought of this specific scene from @shibascrem "A-side" pearlina fancomic! So this is a scene redraw of them meeting on Mt. Nantai~~

For some reason Tumblr won't let me submit an ask as Shibascrem so I have to use my main account but the little slice of angst baby emo Pearl is MAKING ME FERAL. It is such good character writing!! Thank you for giving Pearl an absolute sailor's mouth, my god. Like I've said before, your writing has definitely inspired the writing in A-Side, and I'm getting inspired even more by all the fantastic writing you've given us ;_; Lots of inspiration going on!

As always though, take care of yourself! I know you've mentioned you have a bunch of projects you're working on as well as the Side Order zine and that's a LOT. Keep on keeping on!

THANK YOU SO MUCH, SHIBA!! omg. You know, I just can’t conceive of a world where Pearl doesn’t curse, but she’s ESPECIALLY bad about it when she’s 19 and angsty. Her parents love her to death and she wants to be hard as nails and all she can do is curse about it.

I love the creative inspiration circle we’ve got going here! I inspire you, you inspire me, i inspire you again, etc. This is why I love fandom communities so much. I’m so so glad that my writing inspired you so much to help with A Side even a little! I’m honored omg
