RE: how we tend to react to waves of despair over our bleak future, but there is a better way, shift reliance from whatever is crumbling on us: Whatever it is we look to prove our worth; bc what door GOD closes no man can open. We are all in court, we are all arguing, to remind ourselves & others that we are cooler/savvier/moral/religious/conservative/progressive; it doesn't matter. We are all out there accumulating evidence we're better than others; and we do this bc we're trying to replace GOD.
We want to call the shots, and find meaning on our own!
