someone’s gotta say it, but really if you wanna truly let go and shift you have to disconnect yourself from shifttok and shiftblr occasionally; there are so many frustrated people in this community and it’s understandable but the more you obsess over shifting and the more you constantly read about it endlessly the harder it becomes to sort of have a harmonious relaxed relationship with shifting; and no please don’t neglect your life here or see shifting as a matter of life or death, i feel like no one talks about the amount of people who genuinely see shifting as escapism.

you have now idea how far that can take you today. and i mean literally.

how do you know “today’s not the day?” where’s the proof that it isn’t? you can’t even give me proof you won’t appear in your ir in two seconds because all the work you put in paid off and things changed to match what you’ve persisted in

what? because you didn’t four seconds ago? that was four seconds ago! every zeptosecond of our lives is a clean slate

not to compare it to smth out of our control, but seconds before someone wins the lottery, are they a millionaire? no. but literal seconds later? when they’ve got the ticket with the right numbers? yes! the fact that they weren’t seconds ago doesn’t matter!

bringing me back to my point. i’m not even suggesting you do a whole shabang. plenty of people do nothing and shift right? but have you been doing that?

do you want to do more? to take charge fully? possibly. it’s up to you. all i’m suggesting is that you at least do a little smth

don’t wanna do a method? meditate?

affirm once.

and before you ask let me clock that—yes you can shift with one aff it’s called trust.

if you don’t trust assume it’ll work even if you don’t trust.

if you don’t trust that assumption assume you don’t have to trust the assumption it’ll work anyway.

sm ppl might not like this but all roads slowly lead back to trust and law of assumption..
