most of the time i listen to guided meditation and ambiences instead of subs when shifting, but i always make sure to put anastasia (depressedgemini444)’s 10hr sub at the end of all my shifting playlists. but i do have this other playlist of all my favorite general manifestation subs, and i can promise you i have gotten results! especially with 5, 7, 16, 23, & 24.

I figured out how to use the app better this time around so it was a lot easier to make this subliminal! It also helped I had the affirmations on file already.

So I made a longer, 33:33 minute video of the shifting subliminal from last time! It’s too large to put here. I’m gonna upload to YouTube in the morning bc it’s 1:38 am lol

But some things I learned:

•You do not manually have to add the same image and extend it to the full ten seconds duration, many times, if you want a single photo as the background of a large video. There is a duplicate button. I wish I’d known that last time.

•There is a setting to fit the video to YouTube. I wish I’d known that last time.

•If you’re looping 30 seconds of ocean waves, you gotta time the cut off and start so it flows otherwise that’ll be jarring. There’s a fade in and out effect that can help with that! Hopefully it sounds okay. To my ears it’ll be more obvious bc I knew when it is lol

I know I want to make some subliminals for my own useage (very specific to my DR and DR self) but I might take requests or make a Hogwarts one for all the Hogwarts shifters and such.

I also want to make variations with rain noises instead, thunder, etc, maybe some music. I’ve been exploring music box covers of songs which are relaxing and good subliminal material in my opinion and some free to use kinda lofi-like music. Those have potential for the future.
