I do not enjoy it when I am not in a balanced state... I know it's all on me. There is no such thing of reaching equilibrium + getting to stay in that frequency unhindered. Its constant work + requires focus, discipline + a deep understanding of how you work as an emotional being. Self regulation + Self Awareness has saved me many times from acting out my displeasure with others. If you get upset...talk to yourself..out loud + say "Self", remove your self from this situation. Or simply walk off. <#noBadVibes> I am not saying dont address it ever, I am saying remove yourself temporarily so you can process + address it later with a calm, collected demeanor so you can handle it the right way. The right way is the way that makes you feel in control of your actions so you don't do something self depreciating. You will + need to move forward after the situation, so there is no need to do something that ends up only being harmful to you.
