Me trying not to look like a weirdo working on my new track in my car at the park. 😅 I get a few hours to myself Saturday afternoons for self-care. Every parent needs a little time to remember who they are outside of parenting. As a single parent who is an introvert this time allows me to refuel and balance out so I can be at my best (that's the goal anyways) for my little lovies. And to set a good example of being kind to one's self.
