It’s short, 2/3 chapters. I know it’s discontinued but I don’t mind how it leaves off because it’s not a major cliffhanger and it’s really easy to imagine where the characters end up from there.

Kaminari’s Declassified Coming Out Survival Guide

Local disaster bi, Kaminari Denki, is yanked right out of the questioning stage of his life and now has to navigate the process of coming out. He decides to do it step-by-step, with each step taking more courage than the last. And if coming out equates to slaying the dragon, then perhaps by the end of this he'll get the guy, too.

In the cannon universe, 7 chapters and completed.

I LOVE THIS FIC! Coming out stories can have unresolved angst in there and coming to peace with who you are, but this is just Kaminari figuring it out but not stressing. There is a fight scene between Kaminari and a villain but it doesn’t result in angst, it’s all good times and fluff in here.

What’s Luck Got To Do With It

In the second row, two seats back, there’s a blonde boy with a black lightning bolt design in his hair. He’s tapping the fingers of one hand on his other arm, the thumb of his other hand tucked into his mouth so he can bite his nail, and one leg is bouncing incessantly under his desk. His golden eyes flick from Hitoshi to his classmates, to the window, then back to Hitoshi, like he was either nervous or bad at keeping his focus in one area for long. Every bit of advice ever given to Hitoshi by his dad about not falling for loud blondes instantly flies out of his head.

Denki’s Charger ✰ ShinKami

Prompt: hugs + 8. hugging while walking

Kaminari feels like his brain is fried and he didn’t even use his quirk. Not even by accident. A way too long math class does that, especially if it’s the last one after a long day of other subjects. Completely exhausted, he strolls down the hallway, tired eyes scanning the stream of people for a flash of purple.

There’s not much thought going through Kaminari’s head, there’s just an urge to find his boyfriend. He’s not sure when it happened, all he knows is that ever since he managed to befriend Shinsou, the other boy’s presence has always served as a kind of comfort and safe space.

When he takes the final turn leading to the entrance, he finally spots the familiar purple hair he’s been looking for. He doesn’t say a word, too overwhelmed by the relief which makes his steps accelerate into a dash before finishing it with a jump.

“Wha?” Shinsou has just barely enough time to react and secure his balance so him and the blonde boy now attached to his back won’t tumble down, obstructing the way of the other students going home.

“Missed me, Hitoshi?” Kaminari laughs beside Shinsou’s ear and suddenly, he doesn’t even have it in himself to roll his eyes. He only picks up the schoolbag that he dropped at the moment of the impact and continues his way towards the door, muttering a “Sure.”

“Missed you too!” Kaminari now wraps his arms properly around Shinsou’s waist and rests his head on Shinsou’s shoulder as the two of them exit the door. Both of them know that they’re heading towards the 2-A dorms to hang out in Kaminari’s room, cuddle and do some homework, it’s become an everyday thing by now.

“Can’t we at least walk properly, though?” Shinsou asks, turning his head slightly towards the other boy.

Kaminari gives a squeeze and a quick kiss on the cheek in reply, “Nope, I need my daily dose of boyfriend to recharge.”

Shinkami | 970 Words| Sick Fic with Fluff

Hitoshi Shinso never got sick. He didn’t know if it was just because he had a strong immune system, or if it was due to how well he tried to take care of his body. That’s what made it so weird when he woke up in a cold sweat.

His alarm had gone off and Hitoshi was already turning it off and halfway out of his bed when he had noticed that his clothes were damp. A shiver wracked his body. He had managed to get to his feet, shuffle a few steps forward before the world tilted and spun to the left. His knees shook once, twice, and he collapsed.

Luckily, Denki had been home, they both left for work close to the same time, but Denki had always preferred waking up a bit early. He had been in the kitchen making Hitoshi a cup of coffee when he heard a thump from the bedroom. Worried, Kaminari put down the cup he had been making and rushed in there.

Hitoshi had been on the floor sniffling when Denki entered the room. He froze for a minute, not quite sure what to do. Shinso never got sick and Kaminari had no experience taking care of someone when they weren’t feeling the best. He shook his head, it was no time to fret.

A pair of hands lifted Hitoshi off the ground and deposited him in the bed. Shinso snuggled deeper into the covers and looked up at Denki.

“Good morning.” Shinso managed to croak out, his throat a bit dry. Denki could feel a little tug on his heart. The sleep was still heavy in Hitoshi’s eyes and the sound had been so soft he had almost missed it completely.

“I’m calling off from work today okay? What do you need? Soup? Medicine? A damp washcloth? Do you wan-” Kaminari was cut off.

“Shhhhh, it’s too early. Just, go to work. I can handle this.” There had been a whine to his voice. Having never really been sick before, Shinso wasn’t quite sure how to deal with this, but he would try. Denki didn’t have to miss work for him.

“No Hitoshi, I’m staying here.” Denki stood and moved around the room in a semi-panicked state. He was shuffling through his brain to see if he could remember what to do when someone had a cold.

He ended up pacing for a few moments before darting into the shared bathroom. The sound of running water could be heard and a moment later Kaminari appeared with a damp cloth. He gently brushed Hitoshi’s hair away from his face and laid the cloth on his forehead.

The feeling of the cloth on his head definitely eased the small headache that Shinso could feel forming. He let a lazy smile rest on his face and Kaminari also took his temperature.

A few moments of the cool metal in his mouth, a beep, and the results were in. Hitoshi had a fever. Denki faltered for a second, nervous, and then rushed back into the bathroom. He put the thermometer away and raided their medicine cabinet. What did people take when they were sick again?

Denki couldn’t figure out what he needed to grab and instead just grabbed three different bottles of medicine. It was always best to be prepared. When he returned, Shinso was nodding off.

Hitoshi had been watching all of Denki’s movements and couldn’t hold back a little laugh when the blonde stumbled into the room with three bottles of medicine. He was such an adorable mess sometimes that Shinso couldn’t keep the smile off his face. He had gotten really lucky.

Denki plopped on the bed next to Hitoshi and started to sort through the different medicine rambling about it as he went.

“You don’t need Mucinex right? No that’s for a straight up cough right?” The first box was tossed to the side.

“Uhm, this says that it has Acetaminophen? That’s like Tylenol or Ibuprofen right? Doesn’t that help with it? I have no clue but Ibuprofen shouldn’t hurt… Here Hitoshi, take this.” He passed two little pills over to the other and tossed the boxed away. He wouldn’t need that again for a while.

Hitoshi squinted at the pills before sighing. He knew that it would help out more in the end. He swallowed the pills with the small glass of water Denki had managed to bring into the room at some point. The water felt nice and soothing against his throat and he let out another sigh.

Denki had been just about to get back up but was interrupted. He was going to go figure out how to make soup but Shinso had other plans. Hitoshi had reached out, looped his hands around Kaminari’s waist, and tugged the blonde into the covers with him. This was better.

Kaminari had made a move to get up, but the pitiful whine that had erupted from Shinso’s throat kept him frozen in place. He let out a light laugh and Hitoshi felt his heart skip a beat.

A head was pressed against Denki’s shoulder and soft breaths puffed out on his shoulder accompanied by little sniffles. Shinso’s eyes were drifting closed and he started going back to sleep. That was good at least, he could sleep off the fever.

“Shinso you’re going to get me sick,” Kaminari complained but it fell on sleeping ears. He attempted to wiggle out of the grip once more, but the arms around his waist were immovable. Instead, Denki just gave up and rested against the other.

Hopefully, Kirishima could cover his shift today and tomorrow. With that last thought, Denki started to fall back asleep, the hot coffee on the kitchen counter long forgotten as it’s steam rose and dissipated into the early morning air.

Denki loves, nay, adores halloween!

and well, Shinso adores Denki, so naturally, now he loves halloween, too

he always quite enjoyed it, but he never really bothered to partake in any festivities, being the king of introverts and all

and while Denki do love going out and partying and being social, he loves Shinso more

so, they compromise!

they go to a decently sized halloween party, and then they do all of Shinso's favorite halloween things on the Hallows Eve itself

it's kind of a secret, but Denki hates scary movies

like, genuinely cannot stand them, will have nightmares for a week

which Shinso found out when he told Denki he loved them and they had a scary movie marathon

biiig mistake

Denki had to sleep in Shinso's bed for almost two weeks

which may sound good, but with the constant nightmares and yelling in his sleep and Shinso feeling absolutely horrible about it, despite Denki insisting it was his own fault, did kinda but a damper on things lol

so now, on halloween, they watch movies like Coraline, A Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, Beetlejuice and The Rocky Horror Picture Show in stead of straight up horror

Denki does a different costume every year, but Shinso loves his cat costume too much to ever switch it out

it's literally just ears and drawn on whiskers but he genuinely loves it so much and Denki thinks he looks cute as hell so

and Shinso is busy helping Denki with his costume anyways!

he always bites over more than he can chew, but with Shinso's help it always turns out amazing

Denki also loves giving out candy to kids, esp when he and Shinso gets their own place after UA

he'll always be super dramatic and make a whole little routine for every group that comes trough

Shinso is always trying to help but mostly he'll just be staring lovingly at Denki the whole time sklaklfjslfj
