The amount of grief in Homura's voice when she says "when did I... become a witch?" actually broke my heart. I tried to incorporate all the elements of this scene: the fire, burning bridges, red spider lilies, 14 clara dolls. There's just so much raw grief and lament in this series. I wish I could watch rebellion for the first time again. 🥹
