That means you’ve deffo still got time to try this amazing Black Bear Bab. Pork shawarma with pork chilli jus, beer braised beef brisket, bread and butter pickles, habanero honey mayo, and Aleppo chilli seasoning. This was just so so good, the mix of meats worked perfectly, that pork shawarma with the pork chilli jus is to die for. This kebab deffo packs quite punch with its spice, so make sure each mouthful contains a pickle to tone it down a bit.
