Where I work its a shit fest. Everyone is quiting and the ones in the bottom (including me) are getting screwed over with work that we don't even know how to do. Work that is not my specialty. Having to ask for forgiveness for shit I shouldn't say sorry for. I shouldn't have to take this. If only this stupid company would pay enough to keep their veteran employees but they give no fucks they don't talk to the clients and have to take the shit and as long as they get paid the way they do nothing will change. Slavery is still alive people, its not history, its present and its for everyone. Fucking corporate america I hate you!!!!

Two high maintenance people passed away within a week of each other. We only have 6 people left, and only two are full assist. There’s not enough work to go around and everyone is worrying about staff cuts. Today we were fully staffed and the boss called to say someone had to go home. Wasn’t me, but what happens next time when the other person wants the hours as badly as I do? We gotta fight for time now?

Now I’ve long complained that we aren’t paid enough for our work but now there’s almost no work to be done, but I still feel we deserve better wages. I guess it was never that I felt we aren’t being paid enough for the work we do, it’s that we aren’t paid enough to even show up here.

i love how we were supposed to be reevaluated in january for our pay system that runs on three month periods because some people print more then others and should be paid accordingly AS THEY HAVE TOLD US, but now they arent gonna do anything prooobably never and people who print way below me get paid three dollars more an hour and its like damn why do i even try
