Petcare 2000 Warehouse
So... I went into petcare 2000s warehouse at Taren Point NSW (yes. I'm aussie). I walked in there with no prior knowledge of the place.... I probably spent maybe 10 minutes browsing near the counter to try and get some help without asking for it... they sat around ignoring me... a customer service rep I judge people on this.... nothing makes me less inclined on buying stuff from a place if they have shit service. I smiled at a clerk as he walked past hoping to get his attention. He just acted like I was in his way and pushed past. I walked past the fish tanks and half of the fish were sick or dead. The other half had no room to move and we're severely overcrowded. The bettas were in small take away containers with no heater or filter. The water was dirty. Aaanyyywaayyy I finally had to ask a question regarding airstones. I was given a simple abrupt answer in passing. No eye contact. I finally cornered the woman and to test her knowledge of fish and tanks etc ,I asked about bettas in community tanks. The woman promptly told me I was stressing my fish out by having it in a 50 litre tank with two corys.... she said they prefer puddles and that an airstone would stress him out and that I should put him in this tiny cube of a tank about a half gallon max capacity.... I had probably about $50 worth of stuff I was buying. I just dropped it and left the store . I'm not going to support a place that overstocks their tanks and insist that I'm a monster for giving my fish so much space. So just putting it out there for all south sydney fish lovers. Avoid this shit hole with a passion. I fin that kogarah aquarium and petbarn at taren point are the best places to get advice face to face. Rant over.
Sigh..
So I got home to find that one of my corset orders had arrived. This order I was particularly excited about because it has the blue and white under bust I had been waiting for. I open the package and find that they did not so me the size I ordered, it wasn't even the size on the invoice. I cannot wear a size 24 corset even if I lost half my body weight it wouldn't fit. This is the second order from these people that up until this month were doing great. Now every order has something wrong and I have to hassle with them to return it. I'm still waiting on a resolution for the first order they messed up. They have their product back but I don't have a refund or credit to replace the corset. So when I wrote them about this order I mentioned that I've yet to get a resolution for the previous one. I'm thinking I'm going to have to find a supplier to replace this one. Sigh, if today want tough enough I have to deal with more shit. I'm going to bed.
I wish amhs would answer their phone ffs.
