And he says, "I'll make them cry!" And I just stopped and went, "...Is this what a Ravenclaw/Slytherin friendship looks like?"

I go back and forth between feeling like I'm a Hufflepuff or a Slytherin. What do you think are some ways to tell which I could really be?

I'm a slytherin, and while I know I shouldn't judge others purely by their house, I've been hurt by gryffindors a LOT, specifically my sister and two people who should have been two of my closest friends. We're good now, but there's a barrier because of it, and I'm just wondering HOW am I supposed to ignore this and love gryffs for all the good that's in them?

That’s a hard one. It takes time. You can’t just get over things. Really it takes remembering that the new Gryff isn’t the old one. Give them a chance and try your best not to compare them to or associate them with the old ones or their actions.-Mel (the Slytherin)

OK so this is an extremely dumb question but I reallyreallyreally want to cut my hair short and dye it. But, I'm a Ravenclaw. I hate it when people think I'm silly or don't have much respect for me, or that I'm dumber because of my appearance. Should I do it? Is it worth the risk?
