Oh dang!!

Remember when you had a hang over in your 20s and then said to yourself, man I'm never going to do that shit again and then a few days later finding yourself, there hugging the toilet bowl, throwing up...

I remembered I used to throw up so much that the yellow liquid came out from an empty stomach because I was so sick, and that happened quite a few times....

WHY DID I DO THAT SHIT!!?!?

I mean my life has significantly improved compare to what I had in the past, I am more conscious, I have more peace of mind,

learning and realizing that some of the voices in my head is not actually mine... like usually 99% of them.

those voices sometimes happened just because they want to slow down my progress and disrupt the well-being.

I have a privilege to acquire amazing life changing knowledge and tools from the best source, and then again few days ago I chose to screw up....

Why do I have to wait for shit to hit the fan real hard before deciding that this crappy habit needs to stop...

Before, I was so used to binging stuff like food, popular media, etc.

but now that I have become more sensitive, I can't bare some of the stuff that I used to be okay with. I get allergic quite badly and the consequences are not so ideal.

before, piles of shit would sit in my energy and I would feel fine with it because I didn't know any better. By fine, meaning that I was SO USED TO the PAIN and SUFFERING, usual cramps, aches were part of my life that I had no idea that I ever could get rid off.

Now that they are gone but because I chose to binge watch friggin shows, and that had affected the energy quite badly... like really badly that it caused a misfortune and the mind not to function.

DAMN. that wasn't cool.

Now I have to contain the shitty feeling that I screw up and don't want to exist anymore... because that's not helping with anything. Hopefully I can try to be better from now on.

Trying to find my balance again.......

the thing is part of me still want to watch the friggin show and know how it ends, but I seriously needs to LEARN HOW TO PRESS THAT PAUSE BUTTON. and another part of me want to avoid it completely.

This reminds me of the childhood event when I enjoyed eating this cheddar puff so much that I would finished a can by myself. and it's not a small can, and then I opened another can and continue to eat.. my fingers were covered in fake cheddar that they claimed thats real, but come on that orange color, how many percent real ingredient, 1? even if the whole thing is made with real cheddar, it's still TOXIC... and consuming SO MUCH of it like that.... YIKES YIKES YIKES!!!!

basically I let myself become a MONSTER,

and thought that kind of behavior is ok.

in fact, IT IS NOT OKAY AT ALL, AND I HAVE TO FIGHT IT.

and why would I even want anything to do with it.... :(

Fortunately you have prepared yourself : You know how to defend you and your family. You learned a bit of martial arts and you are living in a well protected neighborhood. You are also with community of various professions and expertise that keeps you stay in the loop. You managed to have food supplies such as dried and canned food. You also grow your own food in your backyard for some time. Fresh vegetables and fruits are within your reach. You don't rely solely on electricity provided by the government but you reserved some solar power and wind turbine to keep things going. You also learned to collect rain water and managed to own water processing system and reservoir. What kind of skills do you need to master during the peaceful times? While we enjoy the calm before the storm we need to always be prepared. Nobody knows when SHTF but I'm certain we're facing the high tide now. How prepared are you?
