joey had plans to pick lola up before they hung out. he’d texted her from the car so he didn’t have to actually see ollie but when she didn’t reply, he decided to go up her place and knock on the door and just chance that she’d be ready to go. it was just a few seconds before the door opened that he checked the text from lola saying she got held up at class and that she wasn’t even home yet. “oh hey man. i was picking lola up but she just text.” he raised up his phone awkwardly.

it had been a pretty late closing shift at octavia which was definitely made easier working with ollie but as the manager locked up and left, she checked her phone for when her uber would arrive and it looked like it was going to be later than usual. after how violet was attacked, she didn’t really feel safe outside at a late hour on her own. “hey, er, ollie... if you’re not needing to rush off, could you maybe wait with me for a little bit please? it’s okay if you can’t though...”

1. The first time he met Rebekah, the redhead was dealing with the fallout of her fake nude photo scandal. As crazy as it sounds, he felt a pretty instantaneous connection with her; so much so that he literally forced every single one of his brothers to delete any copies of the photos that they had in their possession. 

2. To this day, Rebekah’s drunken declaration of her love for him (where she stood on a table in the middle of a party to talk about him) is one of his all-time favorite moments. He actually managed to track down a copy of her drunken speech that one of the other party-goers recorded and when he’s having a rough day or feeling down on himself, he will re-watch the video.

3. The two of them will never admit this to anyone but when they’re hungover, they’ll literally binge entire seasons of trashy reality television.

4. Noah hated their recent argument with a passion. It was a really difficult experience for him because he genuinely never thought that he would be in an argument with Rebekah; especially not one that intense. Although he’s disappointed that they both allowed things to escalate so severely; he is proud of how they resolved things and seemed to genuinely understand the other person’s point of view.
