I am loving these low volume workouts. 🏋🏻♀️ I get them done in an hour with warm ups and usually warm downs. Just about an hour as long as I keep rest to a minute or less. And I’m taking a cue from @marclobliner with squats. He squats every day though. I squat every other day. I always start with the squats then hit some upper body for chest or shoulders. Lastly something for back. Simple movements that are known to work. On my “off” days I stretch, foam roll, some form of cardio and work on injuries and weaknesses. I have not enjoyed working out for quite some time and needed something to slowly get my head back in the game, so to speak.
