Where'd you get them peepers

Thinking about a couple characters that share a common design element I use over and over. Big eyes

From top to bottom:

Erin the Revenant, (originally a Vampire the Masquerade character) she didn't originally have those eyes but as she's been tweaked over the past 20 years she gained them not long after the other two here. Her fun thing was that her intestines were prehensile and strong

Shizaru, a human with Aye-Aye sort of features, this is where the big eyes came from. He was originally from some Teen Titans fancomics I did on an oekaki board years ago. One of the Four Monkeys. Used him in a deviant art OC tournament "Rogue Skies" ages ago. He's fun, haven't drawn him in years. Loooong tail

Sarah Phillips, starspawn grown in a lab that can turn herself into a walking biohazard based on what chemicals she takes in. Part of an elderly lesbian couple that solve supernatural problems.

Inktober 2019 Prompt no.17 - “Ornament”

🙈🙉🙊...🐵❓That’s right. Four wise monkeys. 

A lot of people are aware of the first three:  Mizaru, see no evil; Kikazaru, “Hear no evil”; and Iwazaru, “Speak no evil”. But the fourth monkey is often omitted and forgotten about. Shizaru, representing “Do no evil”, who is often shown with his hands over his monkey-nuts. I swear this is true! Look it up.

Collecting Dust

"Aww, cmon, Ki! Yer so booooring!" Shizaru swings around, booping Kikazaru on the nose, being met with a huff or an attempt to bite each time. "Yeah, Kikazaru, yer such a... BOAR.~" The Ash Kecha Wacha giggles a little, while the subjected Bulldrome rolls his eyes. "So ya said Iwazaru's on a small trip to the Desert? What's she doing there?" Kikazaru shrugs his piggy shoulders. "Whatever people do at home I guess. Or at least what they do when they visit home. I'd guess she's making sure her territory hasn't been touched." Mizaru starts sniffing the air a bit, not finding anything worthwhile. "Ughhhh... I'm sooo bored... Hey, Mi, how long 'as it been since we last pulled some heists?" Mizaru shrugs a little. "Dunno. I don't really keep track of the time. Though we haven't exactly done any stealin' or pranks in a long time." A mischievous grin tugs the Ash Kecha's cheeks. "Why don't we try pulling one?" Kikazaru sighs, knowing what a "heist" would entail. "Sorry boss, but no. I already have my kids to worry about." "Aww... Cmon Kiii! Ya gotta have some fun once in a while!" Kikazaru shakes his head. "No. I don't have the mental energy to do those anymore, let alone deal with you two." Shizaru sighs, putting his hands up a little. "Awww... Fine..." And so the Khezu and the Ash Kecha take off, alongside Kikazaru, at least for the while until they eventually part ways.
