This is what happens when you shoot a Yiga archer (that empty health bar you see behind the middle stalmoblin), and just as you exit bullet-time, stalmoblins pop up from the ground. Oh, and yeah, there’s a guardian there too.

I love teasing Lynels almost as much as I love agro-ing Buliara. If they don’t hit you within three shots or you’re out of their area, they will literally aim straight up and wherever you are is where their arrow will fall. They’ve got some range, too.
