Marshal looked at the paper he received, checking over what was written on it. The notion of going a blind date made him laugh, since he honestly didn't find it interesting. He decided to go along with the idea, however, when learned a few people he met would be doing so as well. He figured why not try this as well? Since clearly this was something he never really did.
Date Location: Mt. Silver, Kanto
Date: The shining, shocking star from Sunnyshore City, Voltner.
He stretched his arms and let out a yawn as he looked up at the clear blue sky above them. Not a cloud in the sky and not much else was noteworthy to him. He saw a few pokemon move around in tall grass, but none were fighting type. He did see a Sneasel and briefly wondered if a friend of his would have liked one.
He looked at the time, it was currently...6am. He wondered what kinda of date was supposed to start at that hour. Though guessed since he had to travel from Unova and Voltner had to come from Sinnoh, it would be around this time when the both arrived.
Hi sighed then shrugged as he placed his hands casually in his pockets and walked around the mountain area aimlessly. He wondered if Voltner knew who he was, admittedly Marshal himself had to look up details on his date when he first git the news.
Voltner was strong at least, right? His gym rarely gave out badges and had one the highest win ratios in the Sinnoh region. So maybe they could talk about battles or something? Marshal honestly had no clue what else they could do in the middle of nowhere.
Unless rock climbing become one the most romantic sports ever recently.
He just kept walking around, stopping at the pokemon center in the area. He slowly began to wonder what one would do here for fun. He noted it was a great place for training, but was pretty bad for...everything else.
