She who… wants the look but doesn’t have the cash

Who actually ever said it wasn't fashionably acceptable to shop at the cheaper stores?

Some of my best loved outfits are from these stores, and no one has ever questioned me!

I don’t see anything wrong with shopping in these high street stores, or better still at charity shops.

The gems you can find for such a low price at charity shops is great, and likely you will be the only one around wearing said gems considering charity shops hold ‘one off’ items. If you can be bothered to dig around, then visit your local charity shop – plus, think of the fact that your money is going somewhere good. Otherwise, if you prefer new clothes then I still say visit Primark and Matalan – they have become more and more up to date with fashion and they are still far more affordable than your other brands.

Don’t be embarrassed by these purchases, firstly who is going to know unless you tell them, or they shop there as well (then hey, they are in the same boat as you) or you proudly tell everyone how you put today's outfit together for less than £30!!!

Granted, the Jenni Kayne flats are made from calfskin which obvs bumps up the price tag, but to be frank, I don't need it and I’m pretty sure that’s painful for the calf. I'm also not at that point in my life where buying a pair of shoes that costs more than my monthly rent is okay. So, clearly, Need Supply!
