Everything new makes the May - In this spirit, we have shopcloud equipped with a new management interface. We have laid our attention on the following three points.
1. Tidiness
Shopcloud had an organic growth in recent years. Especially in the world of ecommerce, there are almost daily new features. Our biggest goal is to make customers happy and therefore we implemented in recent years really countless new functions. Meanwhile, so many things are possible, that new customers were sometimes overstrained. The new management interface has all functions in thematically appropriate categories, which are specifically tailored to shopowners.
2. Responsive Design
With the responsive design of the new management interface you can control your shop and your ecommerce business on the go. Whether you take a quick look on the status of your shop or start with the "doing" and check the orders.
3. Usability
In the prototyping phase we have observed different user while handling the onlinestore software. We identified as key areas of improvement readability and font size, fast access to desired functions and clickability . For "fast access" for example we developed for each side the possibility that each user can customize a favourite bar individually. In addition, there is now a navigation point which is fully configurable!
