The Shower Method: Manifestation Methods

Hello and welcome to this new post of mine! I decided to make a new series, this time about manifestation methods. I hope you find this useful and enjoy.

What is it used for:

The shower method can be used for many things as long as they can be confirmed through a test (or a call). This can go from someone reaching out to you, to getting money on your bank account, to getting an email to confirm something you have been waiting for. In my own personal experience is the shower method a very good and easy method, and has worked every single time I have tried so far.

Instructions:

1. Think of your goal

Think of what it is you want to achieve with this manifestation method, what it is you want and in what way you will receive the confirmation.

2. Look at your phone

Get ready for your shower, and before you actually step into the shower look at your phone and imagine getting that email, text, missed call etc. whatever it is you wish. Imagine receiving it, seeing it, and then close of your phone and get into the shower.

3. Take your shower

As you take your shower think about what you are going to do now that you’ve received your goal. Act as if you’ve already gotten it, and are just waiting a little before replying, if you want to reply in the first place. Think about what it is you want to reply, or how you feel now that you’ve gotten this information.

4. Get out and check your phone

Once you are done taking your shower take your time to get out of it, possibly put on some clothes and do whatever routine you usually do, and open up your phone once you’re done; your manifestation will be right there like you already believed it was.

For those who don't know, since I don't think is this a popular method: The shower method is taking a shower, with the curtain tightly closed, and while you're in there, you imagine your CR/OR 'washing' off you while saying/thinking your affirmations and thinking about your DR. (I also do this as a form of grounding/mediation sometimes-wash the bad energy of the day way). Then when you step out of the shower, you're in your DR!

shower method 10/10 recommend

tonight when i took a shower i tired a method that i’ve been wanting to try for a while but never got around to it. i got really close too. i could see the castle walls, i could hear buckets of water being poured on me, i could see the light of the candles and someone kneeling beside me. basically the shower method is the raven method, but in the shower. once you’re done in the shower(bc you need to keep your eyes open for most of your shower) stand under the water and use the raven method to let yourself fall into a meditative state. visualize your surroundings changing and your body changing to your desired reality. when you open your eyes you’ll be in your dr, just in the shower. for me, i was in a bath(even though i was in the shower in my or) solely because showers, or any kind of running water(some places have sinks and sewer pipes, but they aren’t common. and they’re definitely not what one would call them nowadays) for that matter, don’t exist in my dr. but i got really close!! i’m going to bed in a few hours so i’m planning on trying to shift again tonight. if you do decide to try the shower method please reblog this and let me know how it went! this isn’t my method but it’s one i really like and will definitely do again.

The Shower Method

(This is not my method; I found it on as a tiktok reposted on insta and revised it a little.)

The Shower Method is an awake shifting method.

Get in the shower, and close the shower curtain tightly. As you shower, imagine your ORself 'washing away' and being replaced with your DRself. You can have subliminals on if you're comfortable with having your phone in the bathroom while you shower.

Now that you are your DRself, think about your OR going down the drain as well; with each drop of water it fades further and further from you.

Here can also think about the new water being from your DR; is it a different color? What type of showers do they use? Are you in your home, gym class, the locker room?

When you're ready, turn off the water and open the curtain to find yourself in your DR.

The reason I use this method is because this is also how I ground and meditate already! You can practice and get comfortable with this by imagining the water washing away the stresses of the way and sending them down the drain.

This can also be adjusted for taking a bath! If taking a bath, as you drain the tub, think of it pulling your OR in with it, leaving your DR behind (if you like bath bombs and don't mind sparkles/glitter, you could use one of those and each piece could be an aspect of your DR.) When you get out of the bath, you will be in your DR. I recommend closing the curtain for this one as well.

Again, think about where in your DR you want to get out. Maybe you're swimming with your friends, or in a hot tub, or bathing at home.
