I’m doing good! about to lay down, (as you can see) I wanted to get a few asks answered before going to sleep so this is probs the last ask for the night!!!
Self care is SUPER important!! And taking care of your body helps you be more in-tune with it, and thus helps you along your shifting journey!
**anyone can shift doing anything these are not mandatory things just healthy suggestions**
And what I’ve learned over the years is self care can be very different from person to person. But if you want a few of MY personal self care tips then here ya go!!
DRINK WATER - seriously I just feel so much healthier and hydrated and overall my body just appreciates when I drink water. (FYI you should drink approximately 8 cups of water a day!!!)
Nap when needed - if you’re at home, having a break between work or school or whatever, and you feel tired: take a nap. Even if it’s just 30 mins, take some time and just close your eyes turn off your phone and get all comfy cozy. It helps me decompress after a long day and even though I’m 24 years old, I try to take one nap every day (and I am not ashamed)
Go outside!! - especially with being stuck inside all the time, just taking a quick walk around the block or even just sitting on your porch can be so refreshing. Getting nice fresh air and some vitamin D from the sun can really help your mood!!! Highly recommend
