Salt to taste. Chopped cilantro for garnish. Cooked rice for serving.
Instructions: Warm up the vegetable oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Chop up the ginger, onion, and garlic and add them. Saut until the food smells good. Put in the bell pepper and tomato dice.
