I am filled with gratitude that the Rev. Chili Cilch share her knowledge of the remarkable Harbor Breakfast restaurant a couple years back. The restaurant has never disappointed when it comes to service and amazing breakfast options. This morning I ambled down from La Pensione to the restaurant full of anticipation of a tasty breakfast I would find there. I settled on the “Shrimp Diablo” with 3 Eggs scrambled with Smoked Bacon, Green Onions and Roasted Red Bell Peppers topped with 3 seasoned Jumbo Shrimp and Guajillo Salsa with a side of gravy to go with the biscuit. I kept it simple with a drip coffee and real cream. This was maximum comfort with a twist. Those fat spicy shrimp were TDF. The biscuit and gravy was like a Deep South hug.
