I have taken on a new task- to conquer #shuffling ! Ever since I truly fell in love with Techno, my legs have been asking for more movements, and I noticed that i naturally start doing some fun little moves when I hear great beats, be it at home, in the car, at a bar or at a festival. 

It is not an easy task, i tell ya! Especially for someone who doesnt do much cardio. (Pole Dance is more about body-weight, and hardly any cardio). I havent seriously done running or jogging since my teens, so it’s a challenge. But the music and the beats give me such a rush, that I am taking the challenge with eagerness!
