Currently I’m waiting to pick up my medications from the pharmacy and of course I choose peak time to go (6:30) and my back and hip hurt so bad so I’m sitting while I wait but I’m very anxious that someone is gonna get upset with me for going up when it’s “my turn” since I’m not physically in the line but I know who I’m behind. Gah.

Why... does all the pain flare up at once? Is it because I'm sleepy? Is it because I'm tired? Does my subconscious not want me to have any solace?

I am not allowed to simply be; I must feel each muscle spasm, every inch of the pinched nerve, and the acidic burn of bile. My arms splinter as I type; burning and tearing as if my phone was a boulder. I don't stop. This is all I have. My only peace. My only solace.

I have a pinched siatic nerve for NO REASON. And I’m so mad. I’ve done yoga, had a friend try to massage it, iced it, EVERYTHING.
