Whispered Constraints.
I just bought Sibelius 7, and am utterly in love with its functions... How open it is; I finally feel I’m fully in charge. I’m no longer restricted, and can do what I want. To celebrate the monumental achievement that is Sibelius 7 I’ve decided to lengthen this song, as I said I would. The motivation finally hit me.
What software do you use to write music? and who do you work with the most on src?
Sibelius 7. It’s a music notation program that many music students use. It’s not free, but very much worth the cost.With SRC, I tend to work by myself. It’s how I’ve always been. But, I engage with nyoomies, frumpgrump & xumbra the most.
I got Sibelius 7 today! It's quite a big improvement from Musescore 1.3 but it's going to take some getting used to. There's also this small problem with the string sounds on Sibelius, they're just not right, I think Musescore's slow string setting is better than any of the string sounds I've tried on Sibelius. Sibelius also takes a lot more work because there's so much more to use. Musescore is simple and easy to use but I'd like to make a total shift to Sibelius, also there's no way to transfer scores between the two which is disappointing. I think the ways you can input notes on sibelius are kind of weird, unlike the musescore number quickselect, but Sibelius is looking to be a lot better the more I use it!
