HEHEHE VANESSAFIC! the basic concept, for those unfamiliar, is that vanessa is a lesbian and calls eddie back a few weeks after their date to ask him if he’d be open to fake dating her while she’s still in the closet :3 only for Both of them to discover that eddie has a closet of his own…

“Okay, okay, fine!” Eddie laughs, bracing himself like he’s about to lunge for the cup over Hen, and when she finally relinquishes it to him with a flourish, he sighs, “You don’t know her, per se, but—remember that date I went on a few months back, Vanessa?”
Hen clearly does, based solely on the delighted surprise that crosses her face, “The blind date that let you down easy while you were trying to let her down easy? That Vanessa?”
“Oh shit, no way,” Chim says, making quick bewildered eye contact with a surprised Buck.
Buck leans forward from his seat, a confused look on his face, “I—I didn’t know you two kept in touch…?”
“Eh, we didn’t, not really,” Eddie tries to dismiss their excitement, taking a sip of his coffee to stall, a weak attempt at giving himself a second to figure out why he suddenly feels guilty.
