Mayor Kat: Hello, Velma! *waves* I wanted to check your temperature today because I wanna see how it is, I also have ice for you too! *smiles*

Velma: B-b-blih.... *sneezes* T-t-thank you... f-for the p-pictures l-last night.. *coughs* ..B-blih..

Mayor Kat: I can send you more pictures tonight, hehe! Now I gotta check your temperature! *checks Velma's temperature - it reads over 100 degrees*

Velma: W-w-what.. *sniffles* ..w-what d-does it s-say, blih..? *worry* *cough*

Mayor Kat: It's still a fever... *worry* But I do have some ice for you so it won't feel so bad! *she puts the ice pack on Velma's forehead*

Velma: T-thank y-you, blih.... *shivers* I-It's c-cold.. b-but.. *sniffles* I-it feels n-nice... *sneezes* f-for m-my fever... *smiles*

Mayor Kat: If you need anything else or even just to talk, just text me okay? *smiles*

She has her glasses off most of the time when she's sick, but she has her glasses close by to put on when needed to see things from afar that she can't see without them - this was one of those times.))

(Jacques, quiet voice, muffled under mask) Heya Velma. i know we havent properly met and all, zut alors, but i heard from Pheebs that your mayor said you were mighty sick right now. She thought you could use something to help ease but she was super busy with things so she asked me to bring you some soup, nice and warm in a plastic container, and a box of tissues. Phoebe made the soup special since she said you helped her when she was sick. And the tissues were left over from then as well.

Velma: *sneezes* B-b-blih... K-kat.. s-she m-must've came a-and t-told her, blih... *cough* T-t-thank you..... *smiles a little* t-tell Phoe- *sniffles* P-phoebe I s-said thank y-you.. *uses a tissue to blow her nose* ....B-b-blih--choo! *sneezes*

(Phoebe is emanating an extremely warm radiance, which should feel kind of nice for Velma's feverish body. In this state, Phoebe is immune from oncoming illness.) "Velma! I'm terribly sorry I couldn't make it yesterday! I trust my friend found his way to your place in good time? Anyways, do you mind if I hang around a bit? Help keep you warm? It's fine. I wont catch anything while i'm red-hot like this. Just uh don't touch me or you might get burned." Phoebe sits down in the middle of the floor.

Velma: *she smiles as she feels the warmth, not knowing where it came from all of a sudden she looks around the room to find Phoebe is the source of the warmth* B-blih... blih-choo! *sneezes* P-p-phoebe..? H-hello, blih.. *tries to wave hello* H-he came h-here, blih.. *cough* I-I received s-soup, blih... *looks at Phoebe* Y-y-you can s-stay.. i-if you l-like.. a-are you s-sure I-It's okay...? B-blih...? *she is worried even though Phoebe says it's okay*

Phoebe: "You've been remembering to wear a mask and wash your hands regularly haven't you Kat? Else Velma and I will be back over your house come a few days! *laughing quietly* Ahahaha! Sparky."

Mayor Kat: Yep! I'm wearing a mask right now! *she points to her mask, and smiles* Oh! And I've been washing my hands regularly, they're nice and clean! While I wanna make Velma feel better, I don't want to get sick doing so.. *worry* So I've been doing all these things so I can help her and make sure I don't get sick too!

Mayor Kat: I wish I could use my magic to make Velma better but that's just wrong.... I want my friend to be happy and feel okay again! Maybe I should text her.. *gets out her phone and begins to text*

[Kat 🌠: velma how are you feeling? is everything ok? 😯

Velma is typing....

Velma: Im still sick, Im tryying tp rest. I wsnt to go putside but I dpnt want to hurt anypne

Kat 🌠: i can send you pics of the sky so you can still rest! 🌌 did you take medicine?

Velma: Yes I did, sprry for anyy typos. Its hard to type when Im sick

Kat 🌠: (sent an attachment of the starry sky with a waxing crescent moon) dont worry about it! also that's great! i hope you like the sky I sent 💫

Jacques passes by, and accidentally bumps into Kat, still in his doctor's mask. "GWAA!" The jackdaw falls onto his tail feathers. "Sorry madame, I should have taken better care of where I was gallavanting. Zut alors. (sigh) Thank the heavens I just got back from delivering the soup or i would have had a bit of explaining to do to Phoebe. I'm really sorry for bumping into you."

Mayor Kat: Oh no! I didn't see you coming! *surprised* Do you need any help? Like getting up from your fall or what do you need? *concern* Also soup? Soup is super yummy! Thank you for bringing Velma soup by the way, I was on my way to Velma's place because I wanted to help her feel better! Were you just on your way out? *curiosity*

Velma: B-blih..! *she wakes up and puts on her glasses* I-I'm feeling b-better, blih...! *she smiles*

Mayor Kat: Yay Velma!! I'm so glad you're feeling better!! *she gives Velma a hug*

Velma: *she brushes her hair* I-I'm so g-glad that y-you and o-others came t-to help... *smiles a little* B-but.. u-umm.. I-I hope y-you didn't c-catch anything t-though, blih.. *worry*

Mayor Kat: I'm okay! I took all the right precautions, so don't worry! *smiles*

Velma: T-that's good, blih... *smiles*

((Mun note: I made this post to say Velma is all better but also if there are any interactions started during the time when Velma was sick, though she's all better in the blog, are still able to be continued!))
