On the server, most likely speaking the people with the best immune systems for the Overworld are Overworlders and those from very full-of-life areas (ex. Twilight) - mostly the more human leaning possibly. Though granted there could also be exceptions for the Flux Infected not being living enough to get normal sicknesses?

Meanwhile end-aligned and those from space would have the Worst Time. My sibling lives in a different part of town now and can't handle the trees we have just a few miles away, so space-wise, Horrid.

And the End! It's the least life-supporting and most inhospitable of the dimensions we have anyone from! Going to the Overworld would be a gigantic transition

I'm not saying Rythian's mask would really help seasonal allergies which is an extra reason to wear it, and that Zoeya is Impervious To All And All Powerful, but I'm not not saying that.
