Serpent keeps coming back

I don’t have a phobia of snakes, my brain saved that fear for spiders and needles, go figure. But the Snake keeps coming up in my life. I do consider dragons to be a branch of Snake/Serpent energy.  

1.     I was born in 1989, year of the Snake (6th year in the 12 year zodiac cycle)

2.     I’ve loved dragons and griffins, both creatures are keepers of wealth and knowledge (or treasure). To me they are 2 sides of the same coin (UPG)

3.     I have a Crocodile guide – Snake/dragon

4.     I have a Griffin guide – Dragon link

5.     I’m a Gemini (6th month of the 12 month year)

Those are the biggest points, but even in my research I’ve found things linking back to snakes that I had no idea would be related. I’ve currently got 0 idea why this seems to be a thing, but it has come back enough that I will keep an eye on it as life goes on.
