Sigune (Binding Blade) for freezingturtle on bisky
I've done nine characters so far for my FE under appreciated faves thing. If you want me to draw a Fire Emblem character that you think needs more love, draw some fanart or write some fanfic for them and tag me in it.
Sigûne you are my favourite, Parzival can go choke
Hello it is me again with more odd and probably meaningless questions. Does Sigune know exactly how Lalum is related to her? And if so, why has she not told anyone? My curiosity boils.
Sigune knows, she just carefully controls any and all information about herself. Like Diavolo does. Sigune just does it because she enjoys knowing exactly how much any given person knows about her and being able to control that to a meticulous degree.

the arthurian name dictionary validates me giving myself similar sounding names (to my birth name) and collecting them like rocks
HEY THAT ROCKS !!! (heh)
i'm really glad it's been of use to you (and a lot of other people after i posted that knight duel poll lol) it's such an underrated resource. particularly with names as you've mentioned! there's a lot of characters particularly female characters who are unnamed in medieval lit but ARE named in other versions of them, one that comes to mind is the women in Perceval, Story of Grail who are otherwise unnamed have names in Parzival. one that come to mind in particular is Sigune, Parzival's cousin who admonishes him for his failure to ask the grail question
i've been reading the name dictionary like a novel recently just because it's so fun to browse through and pick out things that stand out to me. arthuriana is sooooo rich and fun.
this is super unrelated i just wanted to show people the entry for the knight of the burning dragon that shows up in Perlesvaus because i think he's badass.
