if by the grace of the sun, I shall live and die, then make of me history. of dusks past and for dawns to come, let my fall be remembered, that my name be scattered in the stars. to the moon I will pledge my heart, and to the earth my bones. to the winds I pledge none less than my death, that when I fall the trees sing my last breath, and when I shatter, oh let me be storm. tell them how the dawn shone bright for my rise and my fall, tell them. now fall.
of dawns and ends — Linn D.
I. Light. That’s the first thing she gave you. It shined like a thousand suns, so bright it chased away the shadows that had always haunted you. And for the first time in your life, you felt happiness bloom in your heart. II. Fire. Her second gift to you. No pain seized you when you touched the flames, only a warmth that seemed to touch your very soul. It became the fuel of your heart, giving you something worth fighting for. III. Home. The gift you’d never thought you’d have. But you found it wasn’t a place, it was her. It was the feeling of her lips against yours, the way her smile made all of your fears disappear, and the genuine love she promised to never stop giving.
And in return, you gave her the only thing you had—your heart // k.s.
I've been talking to my therapist recently, and she thinks that I might have ADHD. I've always felt that I might, but I don't know for sure. Is there any place where I could be like tested to be sure. Because I don't want to tell my parents unless I'm positive.
at a psychiatrist?
Hey I have a question! I've always wanted to know in your Hope is the Thing with Feathers series(which I love with all of my heart), how Allison became the matriarch of the entire Argent clan. It was implied that it wasn't a position given to her willingly, so I've always been curious as to how she convinced them that she was the best for the job. What could she have possibly done that would have made them consider her when she was so young.I've always wondered after reading that series.
thank you!!
haha yeah, i meant to do a one shot explaining it, but then my enthusiasm for TW fizzled out. i’m answering this publicly in case any of my other followers are curious :)
so in my fic, gerard killed allison’s grandmother, his wife, who was the matriarch. he tried to cover up, and tried to make it look like werewolves killed her instead to incite more violence against werewolves, to make people hurt enough and angry enough to break the code. allison, who was incredibly close with her grandma, figured out what he was doing. she found evidence that gerard was guilty, but she didn’t put him on trial. she called for a meeting of the argent women like there was going to be a trial, but instead, at fifteen years old, she brought gerard out int front of the whole family, woman and men and children alike, and slit his throat before presenting any of the evidence she’d gathered. she said, “those who do not follow the code deserve death. as argents, it is our duty to give it to them.”
and honestly who else could take up the mantel of leader in the face of that, who could look at a bloody, furious, grieving fifteen year old who had stopped a war before it had even begun, and declare her unworthy?
allison isn’t like stiles, like scott, like laura. she wasn’t born into her position, she didn’t just have to train and work hard and be smart to be the matriarch. allison took her position in blood, she proved herself to be a combination of ruthless and clear headed and moral even as she handed out a death sentence, and that’s not something that can be taught.
she was too young. there’s no way you make a teenager a leader and have them not be too young.
but sometimes youth and inexperience doesn’t matter in the face of sheer bloody nerve

there’s a sand-colored spire in the middle of the desert, riddled with arches, through which shades wander. you can’t see it, but there’s a maze of spires under the sand. there are more shades there, more arches.
name aes!
🔥 Aliens
o-oh-Well, Aliens are not my cup of tea to be honest. “Space” Science fiction never were my thing at all ;;
