I imagine If she was a boss fight the end cutscene would show her still matching the player characters blow for blow, before a brief pause in the fighting lets her answer a message from her employers calling her away, to fight another day, sharing these parting words with the heroes.
"You lot might actually be able to go for the full ten rounds, but as intriguing as that might be to learn, I've got a contract to honor. And I'm nothing If not professional."

And at a later point she casually executes one of the other antagonists she was taking orders from after he screws up stopping the good guys since, ultimately, her contract is to the company not him, and to show there are bigger threats fish above him.
