“I know you always say that your creatures are not dangerous but at times it’s quite difficult to believe that.” Percival said as he slowly tried to heal the wound Newt had acquired, his hand hovering over the wound, magic flowing into it. One might have thought that his voice would be accusing but instead it rather seemed emotionless except for the hint of concern in it.
Newt tilted his head up to look at Percival better as he hovered over him and helped him with the wound that he had gotten. It was a bit of a nasty swipe of the claws from an agitated Nundu from earlier. He wasn’t quite sure what had put it into a foul mood today but he was lucky his shoulder wasn’t taken off and had gotten away at least a few gouge marks. He didn’t think they were so bad as he tried to hide it after haphazardly trying to fix it himself. Though he would be a liar if he didn’t say it hurt when he tried to move.
“Well, if you’ve been working and studying them for as long as I have you would probably remain as firm on that statement as I am you know. It’s certainly not the worst thing I’ve gotten with dealing with a beast. Honestly they are only really dangerous when scared or provoked. And I just so happened to have provoked, on accident, a slightly grumpy beast. Though I do appreciate the help. Would have been a bit of a bother later.”
