I'm needing to educate myself on how their system works, as Daughter plans on going there. It's very different from US/Canada.

It seems that Yale and Harvard use the system as well. I don't get it. My brain can't process it at all. How do you know when you've graduated if the courses don't have credit values? What? This is weird and confusing and yeah.

yeah and it's even better when you start somewhere that will lead somewhere like

rewording the petition to instead demand that he send aid to the people of ferguson

demanding that the justice department investigate mike brown's death, like they're now doing

inundating the ferguson police with emails

targeting the governments that could actually, directly affect what's happening in ferguson, like the state governor, who has already taken the ferguson police off the job and replaced them with the significantly less armed missouri highway patrol

i mean, we could start there and actually go somewhere, y'know?

i'm not actually mad, i'm just irked at the 90000 white girls who have reblogged the link to that petition wanting to know why it hasn't got more signatures. and the whole thing reeks of someone going "what to do...I KNOW. I WILL CREATE AN INTERNET PETITION."

Good grief, how can someone do this to their own child? I just can’t wrap my head around it.

She doesn't seem to comprehend that it's not that I don't like people but that I have a hard time not having panic attacks around them. I think she means it for the best, she wants me to meet people and make friends - she is just doing it the wrong way.

It's also gotta' be hard as I'm the first one to move away from this house.
