They escaped into modern au. But since Quiet still looks the same (as in, a gigantic shadow creature), Princess has to be the one to look for a job. He still accompanies her though, after shapeshifting into a normal-ish crow.
(Also yes, she says her name is Princess Princess, and then just nods as everyone points out it's weird)
