I'm rewatching pt 5 with both my bio brother and my brother from another mother (bestie), so there are times I will actually pick up on continuity errors now. I think it's like a fun little game, so if you have also watched pt 5 and would like to see what I've found, keep reading. I will not be doing these in any particular order as there are times I'm paying closer attention than others, just a heads up.

DISCLAIMER- I love JJBA, this isn't me hating on it I just like finding silly mistakes and having a giggle about it. Yes, some mistakes are bigger than others and I may sound bitchy about it, but that's just how I talk/ it's not enough to take away from my enjoyment of the anime/manga /legit hate on it. This is just for fun.

(JJBA PT 5 Spoilers below)

-The damn boombox

This is probably one of the most obvious, but just before the episode of the iconic torture dance, Mista pours sprite on Narancia's boom box. Later in the following episode, they turn on the boom box, and it's working fine to play their torture dance song. I suspect, like with many of the errors that will be on this list, it is an error carried over from Mr. Araki's art in the manga, but it is odd to me how they managed to miss things like this.

-Fish ring pt 1

In the same episode as the torture dance, Giorno tells the others he can get to shore by turning the boat's life ring into a fish. He does this by tapping the ring with his foot. Why is this relevant? See the next point

-Fish ring pt 2

Let's fast forward a bit. It's the episode with Notorious B.I.G. Mista and Narancia are severely injured/unconscious from the stand, and Giorno is also gravely injured and is missing both his hands. Bucciarati is genuinely questioning the success of the mission because, as he tells Trish, "mine and Giorno's abilities create with our fists". Which yeah, would be a concern, IF GIORNO NEVER CREATED LIFE WITH HIS FOOT IN THE FIRST PLACE

I know this was probably an error, but this moment especially is hilarious to me cuz either poor Trish just risked her whole life trying to get Giorno's hand ladybug because this dumbass forgot he could create life with his foot/did it before Notorious B.I.G touched his hand OR last minute, he did some gymnastics shit where he touched his foot to his tit when nobody was looking and he's just taking time off to have someone else deal with the stand that's actively a threat to them. I mean, c'mon I know losing two hands in a day is probably really stressful, but you're supposed to be keeping this girl safe, aren't you? There are safer ways to train her stand... /hj

Anyways.. last one for the day

-Risotto's foot.

Skipping ahead again, it's the episode of Doppio v Risotto. Is it weird I casually ship them?

Risotto uses his severed foot to lure out Doppio, but when we see him reveal himself/ready to attack Doppio again, he's standing on two feet. I had to double-check myself for this one. No, he didn't reattach it again as far as I'm aware. The whole point of this scene was he left his severed foot to lure him out.

I'm thinking this error might've just been one of those situations where you forget to draw an injury on your character. Like for me, I've done this before with main timeline Jiro where I forgot to make his iris cloudy lookin and couldn't figure out for the life of me what was wrong about the picture even though it was staring me in the face. (There's a pun for this I'm missing) Still, it's weird to me cuz it's as obvious as the boombox imo.
