Here's how we can still win. Marisol isn't coming back to be Eddie's love interest. She's an over protective sister who saw her brother who came out as queer almost lose his family see? For the longest while she was all he had and in turn she couldn't understand how her parents could just cut ties with their son. Added fear for her if she stepped out of line, stopped being the proper daughter they wanted.
It became Marisol and her brother against the world until something something maybe their family got over it worked things out? Tis 911 they like doing that this season.
And now when she comes back she ends up wingmaning her brother into getting a date with the hot fire fighter who helped save him, and came around to help her fix up her home after the poked holes in it.
I mean I hate the idea of them needing love interests to lead to buddie (if we get buddie, I really doubt that we will) but hey at least a male love interest would be like a really good indicator! And if nothing else I want queer Eddie so.
Ghost as cats
If the band, Ghost, were cats, what type of tails do you think each would have?
Just a silly thought I had...
What if dragons, when well-fed and possessed of a comfortable hoard, were placid? They could be the most useful creatures.
Imagine fire dragons used to heat rooms, stoves, houses; large ones in snug cellar dens, their copper coins and geodes piled around them, and when you want to host a winter ball, you lure it upstairs to warm the ballroom before the guests arrive. Smaller ones that wrap around a pot of chocolate or a baby’s bottle. Cat-sized ones that loaf in the oven, playing with shiny river rocks and breathing a little flame to toast the bread (as long as you give them a well-buttered slice of their own). Specially bred magma dragons that live in forges and melt iron, accepting only sun-gems and the occasional diamond as their due. Babies that curl around necks like scarves for windy winter days, or snuggle under blankets to keep feet warm.
Ice dragons lairing in insulated buildings to keep food cool; they like sapphires and rubies best, and silver chains to run through their claws. If you have three of them you can get ice even in the depths of summer, and a courting trio will build intricate sculptures and breathtaking frost patterns to woo one another. If your ice dragon is in just the right mood, you can let it go for a swim in a pond and have a skating party that doesn’t need coats, but it can take up to a week before the ice melts and the dragon comes home again.
Acid-spitters are beloved of artists, sculptors, and chemists, but only the smallest ones are in demand; they’re too dangerous when they get larger, no matter how tame they are. Oddly enough this sort prefers to hoard glass, but it makes them a perfect fit with glassblowers and etchers. The best artwork is signed with both the name of the artist and the name of the dragon.
Venomous dragons are rarely domesticated simply because there isn’t much call for them. Generally only healers, assassins, and banks make use of them; they do poorly at general guarding because they are only interested in protecting their dens. In addition, they are selective and will only hoard jade and turquoise. However, healers find their secretions useful in medicines--in extremely small doses.
If my husband isn’t around I eat nothing but what the humans call ‘hot pockets’ and they are very disappointing
Random Musing
Stranger: “I hear you’re not that tough”
Dasacht pulls a bowie knife out of his neck Jason Voorhees style.
Dasacht: “Sorry what was that?”
( im beggining to think my talon only has two modes
the default confident, brash, mischivious man everyone has to put up with..
but if you break that he just becomes so awkward he can barely function as a human being.
theres no inbetween. )
"The more I think about it, the more I wonder why gangs here don't use Devils breath. Morphine, from what I've heard uses some type of mind control, but with Devil's Breath, the person could be under someone else's control in a matter of minutes, through i guess the risk of death that comes with the drug might be the thing stopping it from being used, that and it's rather hard to get your hands on it if you don't live in South America. Maybe also the fact that it wears off, but it's kind of funny to watch people try and remember what the hell happened."
